Personal Information Rebecca is a Delaware native who was born and raised in Port Penn, DE a small town located on the Delaware River just south of the C & D Canal. After graduating from William Penn High School in 1999, she attended the University of Findlay in Findlay, OH as an equestrian major and spent the next few years pursuing her love of horses by working with thoroughbred racehorses and then managing a show barn. In September 2005, Rebecca began working with Barbara Heilman and Michael Selvaggio as their personal assistant which was the beginning of her career in the Real Estate industry. In August 2007, when they opened Delaware Homes, Inc in Townsend, DE Rebecca moved to the new location with them, and in January 2008, Rebecca completed the required courses to become a licensed Delaware REALTOR®, allowing her to practice as a licensed real estate agent in the state of Delaware!
